Privacy

Your information, held quietly.

This page states plainly what the practice receives when you write to it, and what is — and is not — done with it.

Who holds your information

ARQVEO — a private international design practice — is responsible for the information you share through this site. For anything on this page, write to the practice directly; one email is enough.

What arrives with an enquiry

When you begin a conversation about a project, you share your name, your email address, your mobile number, and whatever you choose to write about the project — its nature, its location, and any reference file you attach. When you ask for access to the private portfolio, you share your name and your mobile number. Nothing else is asked, and nothing is gathered quietly from elsewhere.

Why we may hold it

Because you asked us to reply — that is consent, given by writing to us. And because answering an enquiry about the practice's work is its legitimate business. Nothing here is used beyond those two reasons.

What it is used for

Your details exist for one purpose: a reply from the practice. A project enquiry receives a personal one. A portfolio access request opens the private collection immediately, on the page itself — nothing is sent by email, and you receive nothing else from us.

Your information is never sold, never rented, and never added to a marketing list. ARQVEO does not send newsletters or campaigns.

Where it rests

A project enquiry is held in its private leads record and notified to the practice in-app — so no enquiry is ever lost and every conversation can be followed up properly. A portfolio access request is held in the practice's private database for one reason only — a record of who was given access — and both are removed when you ask.

Who handles it

No mail service handles your information — nothing is sent by email. The access record rests with the practice's database service, bound to handle your information only as instructed, and it may process it where it operates. Beyond that processor, your details are not shared with anyone.

Visits to this site

Browsing the public site sets no cookies of the practice's own and runs no advertising trackers. It uses privacy-first analytics that count visits in aggregate — no visitor is identified individually, and no cross-site tracking takes place. The practice's own counter notes only the page visited, the referring site, the country and device class, and a random per-visit number that lives in your tab's temporary memory and is never stored on your device. Your Do-Not-Track setting is honoured. The exception is the private Studio: signing in there sets a single session cookie, so the Studio knows you are signed in — visitors who never sign in never receive it.

How long it is kept

An enquiry is kept while our conversation is alive, so that a reply months later still knows its context. A portfolio access request is kept while its access grant is live — up to thirty days — and then in the practice's private access record; the grant itself can be revoked at any time, which stops the link working at once. Ask at any time and it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, take a copy of it with you, object to its use, or have it removed entirely. You may also withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing it never affects what was done while it stood.

If this page changes

The date at the bottom always shows the latest version. If these practices change, this page changes first.
